Prayer to Relieve Stress

Dear God,

These days I find myself so distracted by the many situations, people, and stressors that present themselves in the course of my day. I am feeling weary, and overwhelmed by them all. Please ease my stress, and help me to feel rejuvenated by your loving presence in my life. Calm my fears, help me slow down, so I can grow in gratitude, as I recognize, and revel in, all of the many blessings you provide for me each and every day. I ask all this in Jesus’ Mighty name. Amen!

 

Prayer for Healing

Dear God,

“You alone are the Great Healer. I pray with confidence and ask for Your holy intercession in my life and that of ___________________  . I claim that you will provide physical healing, and restore ____________________to good health. I pray with great anticipation and believe that with You, all things are possible. I can’t wait to see what you will do next!   I ask all this in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen!

Dear Loving God,

“I need You, Lord. As I battle adversity, fear, depression and anxiety, I feel so lost and alone in my plight. I need to know that You are with me, especially during this difficult time. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, please unburden my heart and mind, and make Your presence known to me, as I am struggling. Please bring me inner peace—the kind that surpasses understanding. Dear God,

Only You fully know the depths of the sadness I am experiencing right now as I grieve the loss of ____________________________. Please be with me as I long for my loved one, and heal my broken heart of the seemingly unending ache I feel inside. Please wrap Your loving arms around me this day, and help me to experience the sort of relief that can only come from You.  I ask all this in Jesus’ Precious Name. Amen.

Dear God,

You are the Great Provider and Comforter. I come before you this day as I struggle to make ends meet. I pray this day and ask for Your blessings of abundant supply—to help in meeting my basic needs. I trust that your grace is sufficient for me, and thank you for all of Your many provisions. Help me to grow in gratitude for what I have, and to seek you in all things. I ask this in Jesus’ Almighty Name. Amen!

“Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
